At HM Manufacturing, we make custom manufacturing easier to run. Since 2014, we have helped engineering teams, procurement teams, and consumer brands cut lead time, control cost, and hold quality steady from first drawing to finished production
We specialize in mold design, injection mold tooling, injection molding, CNC machining, 3D printing, and rapid prototyping, serving automotive, medical device, consumer electronics, aerospace, industrial equipment, and e-commerce customers. At HM Manufacturing, we build the manufacturing side of other people's products. Since 2014 we have grown from a mold engineering practice into a factory that controls its own tooling and molding, with a vetted partner network around it. Our tooling engineers have spent their careers in mold design and molding, working to 5S and ISO-certified practices. What we sell is not capacity, it is one accountable team that carries a project from the first drawing to the finished product

Our own plant in Taizhou runs core tooling, molding, assembly, and quality control. Around that core sits a network of manufacturing partners we qualify against fixed standards and keep under our own inspection during production. That lets us flex capacity to your process, timeline, and budget while one team stays accountable to you from the first drawing through to delivery
