You retain all rights to the designs, drawings, and files you submit. You confirm that you own or are authorized to use them, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely to evaluate and carry out your project. We treat submitted files as confidential and are happy to sign an NDA on request. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, molds paid for by the customer belong to the customer, as stated in the applicable quotation or tooling agreement
4. Our Content
The Website and its content, including text, images, and branding, are owned by HM Manufacturing or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
